Naprelan is mainly used to treat the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. As a potent NSAID, it is also quite effective against tendonitis, bursitis, gout, menstrual cramps, and mild to moderate pain.
Naprelan, along with other NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs), works by blocking the production of certain hormones within the organism, allowing the relief of inflammation, swelling, stiffness and pain. Note that when used in arthritis therapy, this class of medications does not cure the disease itself; it only alleviates the symptoms connected to it. Naprelan is often used in conjunction with other drugs (steroids, DMARDs) as part of a more complex course of treatment. Consult your doctor if you are looking for more than just relief of rheumatoid arthritis symptoms.
The dosage on taking Naprelan varies a lot depending on the patient’s medical condition, but is usually based upon the following dosing schedule. Please keep in mind that the provided information is only the most commonly prescribed amounts of Naprelan, you may need other dosage in your specific condition. It is strongly advised that you contact a professional medical healthcare provider before you decide to buy Naprelan online and begin treatment.
Swelling and pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, bursitis, or acute tendinitis:
Adults: 250 to 500 mg Naprelan taken orally twice a day. In case if a different dosage is prescribed, the maximum daily dose of Naprelan must not exceed 1.5g per day;
Children: 10 mg/kg orally twice a day.
Mild to moderate pain or primary dysmenorrheal:

Adults: 750 mg Naprelan taken initially, followed by a 250 mg dose after 8 hours, repeated again after another 8 hours if needed, up to a maximum of 1.5 g/day.
Depending on your current medical and personal condition (e.g. weight, age, recent injury/illness/surgery, other medications you use, if any), your doctor may adjust the amount of Naprelan to take, as well decide on which form should be used (Naprelan comes in conventional, delayed-release, controlled-release, and oral suspension forms). If you buy Naprelan online, the advised dosage for a given type of Naprelan can be found on the instructions sheet within the medication package. No matter what Naprelan dosage you are advised or prescribed with, be informed that you should allways use the lowest possible dose to control pain and inflammation.
